Islamic Mission Japan's Kitakyushu sub-chapter organized an Eid reunion and discussion session on Sunday, June 14, in Fukuoka. The gathering brought together Muslim residents living in the Kitakyushu area along with sub-chapter officials and leaders from the Fukuoka chapter.

The program opened with a recitation from the Qur'an, followed by discussions on the significance of Eid al-Adha, the ideal of sacrifice in Muslim life, and the importance of upholding Islamic values while living abroad. Speakers highlighted the example of Prophet Ibrahim (AS), whose life they described as a model of sacrifice and submission to God, urging attendees to reflect his patience, obedience, and good character in their personal, family, and social lives.

Speakers also encouraged Muslims living in Japan to represent the beauty of Islam through their conduct and sense of responsibility, calling for respect toward Japanese laws, social values, and culture, and for maintaining peaceful, considerate relations with neighbors. Leaders present expressed their intention to continue holding such gatherings to strengthen brotherhood, unity, and Islamic awareness within the expatriate Muslim community.

The event also included a farewell for a community member who is relocating from Kitakyushu to another city.
