IMJ Osaka Chapter Establishes New Kyoto Sub-Branch
Islamic Mission Japan's Osaka chapter has established a new sub-branch in Kyoto, following a general meeting held under the chapter's supervision to formally set up the local body.
The meeting was conducted by Osaka chapter secretary Miazi Md. Alauddin, with chapter president Mushfiqul Mahdi attending as special guest. In his remarks, he outlined the aims and objectives of Islamic Mission Japan and offered guidance to Muslim residents living in Japan, before overseeing the completion of the Kyoto sub-branch's setup based on consultation with attendees.
A new committee was announced for the Kyoto sub-branch, led by Mahmudul Hasan Rezvi as president, Kamrul Hasan Hridoy as secretary, Hafez Abrar Alauddin as office secretary, and Md. Abu Bakar as treasurer. The gathering concluded with a meal and a visit to notable sites in Kyoto.
