Saitama Girls' Training Camp and Barbecue Brings Young Generation Together
Islamic Mission Japan's Women's Department organized a day-long training camp and barbecue for girls at Minami Kurihashi Masjid in Saitama Prefecture on January 3. The program was led by Saitama's women officials and brought together girls from the community's younger generation growing up in Japan.
IMJ Central President Hafez Maulana Saber Ahmed delivered a Qur'an lesson (Darsul Qur'an) on Surah Luqman during the event. Central General Secretary Engineer Abdullah Al Maruf and Shah Mamunur Rashid were also present, along with the women officials who organized the camp.
The day included Islamic talks, a quiz, sports, and a barbecue, giving the participants a chance to spend the day together in a friendly and joyful atmosphere.
