Islamic Mission Japan held a day-long educational and training session on Sunday for officials and members of its Nagoya North, Nagoya South and Osaka chapters, along with representatives from several sub-chapters. The gathering, held at a venue in Owariasahi City, Aichi Prefecture, aimed to strengthen religious knowledge, organizational capacity, and ideological commitment among chapter workers.

Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, a member of the Bangladesh national parliament and a central executive council member of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, attended as chief guest. He delivered a lesson based on Surah As-Saff and spoke on the responsibilities of workers in the Islamic movement, emphasizing ideological steadfastness, unity, and the spirit of sacrifice.

The session opened with Qur'an recitation, followed by remarks from IMJ Central General Secretary Abdullah Al Maruf and an inaugural address by Central President Hafez Maulana Saber Ahmed, who spoke on the importance of education, self-purification, and organizational development. Later sessions included a talk by Ahmed on the role of sub-chapter leadership, a presentation by Islamic Cultural Foundation Chairman Abdul Malek on IMJ's 37-year history, group speech and quiz competitions, workshops, and an oath-taking ceremony for workers.

The program concluded with remarks from Ahmed and a closing prayer led by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. Other central officials present included Education and Training Secretary Dr. Shahriar Kamal, Social Welfare and Publications Secretary Mir Ali Ahkam Likhon, and Da'wah (Japanese) Secretary Shah Alam Sikder.
