Kanagawa Chapter Holds Eid al-Adha Congregation for Muslim Students at Tamasakai Park

Islamic Mission Japan's Kanagawa Chapter organized an Eid al-Adha prayer congregation today at Tamasakai Park, specifically for Muslim students enrolled in Japanese schools in the surrounding area.
The chapter noted that the area lacked adequate facilities for Eid prayers nearby, and that many students had school commitments that made it difficult to travel to distant venues to join a congregation. The special arrangement was organized with these constraints in mind, to ensure students could still fulfill this religious obligation.
The congregation was held in a peaceful and festive atmosphere, and sweets were served to worshippers after the prayer.
Students who attended expressed gratitude to the Kanagawa Chapter for the timely and considerate initiative, and voiced hope that such arrangements would continue in the future to support the religious needs of Muslim students living in Japan.
