Eid al-Adha 2026 to Be Observed in Japan on May 27

The Ruyat-e-Hilal Committee-Japan, which coordinates moon sighting decisions for the Muslim community in Japan, has confirmed that Eid al-Adha 2026 will fall on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
Islamic Mission Japan shared the announcement following the committee's meeting, allowing chapters and mosques across the country to finalize their Eid prayer schedules and community programs accordingly.
